Responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Organize all financial programs and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements. Oversee the financial and accounting system and personnel. Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization. Supervise and ensure the efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization. Responsible for payroll processing and administration and for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all accounting reports and financials, as well as for monthly reconciliations and bookkeeping. Monitor all company expenditures. Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors. Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly. Prepare all taxes and filing forms with the government. Req: Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management and 1 yr. of job experience
