Robert Half Help Desk Analyst III in East Lansing, Michigan

Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Analyst III in East Lansing, Michigan. This role is primarily focused on providing high-level tech support to clients, managing accounts, and handling small server migrations. The successful candidate will be comfortable with client-facing interactions and proficient in a variety of tech skills, including Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Handle small server migrations in a timely and efficient manner.

• Administer Email 365 to ensure seamless communication within the organization.

• Create quotations for various projects including firewalls, desktops, servers.

• Manage domain servers to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring all their tech needs are met.

• Engage in client-facing interactions, handling any tech-related queries or concerns.

• Handle clients within a 100-mile radius, providing onsite tech support when necessary.

• Comfortably work either from the office or remotely, depending on the situation.

• Manage and maintain tech support for predominantly Windows based clients.

• Handle various types of servers, including virtual, cloud, and on-premise. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Citrix Technologies

• Proficiency in databases and EO/IR systems

• Prior experience with Lotus Notes and Microsoft applications

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Understanding of Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

• Experience in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware

• Proven ability in Account Management

• Experience in Server Administration and Network Administration

• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Cost management

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive with a strong customer service orientation
