SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Post executive review MDLZ will proceed with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

In this role you will lead the S4/o9 Commercial (Sales & Marketing) team to implement S4H & o9 (Planning platform) in the US, to the desired stabilized performance, collaborating with the Global design team ensure solution is compliant to local regulatory & legal frameworks.

How you will contribute

The US Business Commercial (Sales & Marketing) transformation lead must understand the function & cross functional interdependencies of the proposed change, the impact on current operation and how to lead for the change. Leveraging a robust regional & global network to deliver change which enables V2030 at a global and regional level. Enterprise-wide thinking is a must.

What you will bring

  • Deep understanding of how we “do business” in the region for Sales & Marketing, i.e. deep BU understanding

  • High level of expertise of regional Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Business aspects

  • In depth knowledge of MDLZ backbone business processes specifically related to transformation areas

  • Leading Transformation / change including risk/BCP planning preferred

  • Strong communication & influencing skills

  • Ability to break down complex problems

  • Ability to coach for end user centric solutions while bringing in 'outside in’ / Enterprise perspective

  • Knowledge of business tools

  • Ability to translate Regional & Global Functional requirements to multi-disciplined stakeholders

  • Role model of Leadership values (empower/focus/connect to remove complicatedness, end user focus, execute with excellence, appropriate test / learn, risk-taking, etc.)

  • Ability to develop productive working relationships with a variety of teams and business leaders and influence without authority

  • Team-oriented and passionate about developing others

  • Technical/Systems/Tools awareness preferred (e.g. Business experience of SAP, Planning tools), but can be learned in role

Job Specific Requirements:

  • 10+ years of FMCG experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • High level of expertise of regional Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Business aspects

  • In depth knowledge of MDLZ backbone business processes specifically related to transformation areas e.g., Finance, IBP/Planning, STP, OTC, Manufacturing

  • Leading Transformation / change including risk/BCP planning preferred.

  • Technical/Systems/Tools awareness preferred (e.g., Business experience of SAP, Planning tools).
