The KYC Data Team works collecting KYC documents globally to support our customers to Know Your Customer checks on current and potential counterparties

About the Role

The primary responsibility for the Client Data Executive is to establish relationships with existing and new Data Providers at Financial Institutions. You will obtain information and maintain Data on the financial database in line with Data standards and strategy. Contacting Data Providers in Financial Institutions to update the institution’s Data on our products.

Responsibilities

• Managing data relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness

• Developing and implementing data management policies and procedures

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues.

• Identifying source and process missing and new data in accordance with Data strategy

• Providing training and support to end-users on data-related tools and processes

Requirements

• Possess an impressive educational background in a relevant area.

• Be proficient in data management tools and technologies.

• Have experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Be an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Be able to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating self-sufficiency.

• Possess Spanish or Italian verbal and written.
