Description

We are on the lookout for a Software Engineer to join a growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for implementing software solutions, managing software development schedules, and coordinating project communication. This role is central to operations and requires someone with a keen understanding of .NET, C#, and PLC Programming.

Responsibilities:

• Implement software solutions in line with agreed requirements and software design.

• Collaborate with the software team to maintain and enhance an existing software platform.

• Manage software development schedules, particularly when multiple projects are in progress.

• Utilize a system of source code control and task-tracking software.

• Ensure version and configuration control of all source code before releasing to production.

• Create documentation to enable reproduction of all deliverable and installation software from source control.

• Manage projects to meet targets.

• Coordinate project communication between different stakeholders.

• Understand customer needs through effective listening and translate that understanding into a statement of work.

• Solve complex problems and maintain accurate and complete records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET and C#

• Familiarity with PLC Programming

• Strong understanding of C++ programming

• Experience in API Development

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
