Maloney Properties, Inc. Part-Time Administrative Assistant in East Boston, United States
We are seeking candidates for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our residential property in East Boston, MA. We are looking for someone to work 24 hours per week with some flexibility. The work schedule will be set based on your availability and your preferred days and hours between 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing work orders in Yardi.
Scheduling work orders with residents, maintenance staff, and outside contractors.
Communicating with maintenance staff and posting maintenance staff hours in Yardi.
Scanning and posting invoices to Yardi for manager's approval.
Filing of invoices with all related supporting documentation.
Some vendor communication, for payables and any other invoice related concerns.
Assisting with rent collections and processing checks.
Some support answering phones and taking messages as needed.
Other administrative duties to support the management team.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, will also be key to success in this position.
Previous administrative experience in an office setting is required.
The ability to enter and analyze data accurately and efficiently is required.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills are required; experience with Yardi is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin would be a plus.
