Job Description

In the Cabinet Division, you will be primarily responsible for applying paint with a hand-held spray gun for cabinet parts. Additional duties include assembling and disassembling product lines, hand scuffing, and hand sanding. You will need to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and participate in their modification to improve productivity and product quality. Training will be provided for hand spraying materials. You must measure quantities of ingredients to create a stain/paint color identical to the customer’s order. Follow safety procedures in handling stain, and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a respirator, safety glasses, gloves, arm sleeves, face shield, and hearing protection when necessary. All other duties as required.
