Duties:

[Hiring, training, and managing employees [Keeping a record of accounts and financial information [Focusing on customer retention by building relationships [Managing and controlling costs [Keeping track of service and inventory records [Ordering parts, supplies, and equipment as needed. [Forecasting goals and objectives for the shop [Implementing a marketing plan to promote business. [Maintaining relations with executives and factory and supply representatives. [Contacting customers regarding the status of vehicles [Overseeing the post-repair services [Other duties as needed.

[This is a full-time position - 4- 10-hour days

[We have 6 paid holidays and Paid vacation after 1 year.
