Genesis10 is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: Our goal is to increase our skill set in the development of solutions for Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Python. Client is continuing to expand services around SharePoint Online. This position will be central to those efforts which will have a direct positive impact on the business. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell under the direction of Client's Principal Engineer for M365 products and services. The responsibilities will vary based on the requirements but can include creating solution design documents based on stated requirements, lead or consult in the development of solutions based on the design, including testing and tuning of the solution. Resource will maintain the SharePoint site, develop workflows, and script solutions with PowerShell. Knowledge in Python is useful but not required. This position will interact with both IT and non-IT employees and all levels of individual contributors and management. Required Basic Qualifications: 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell. Some knowledge in Python is useful but not required. Experience with operational support of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell and Python in order of priority. Experience with developing solutions for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate This person must be an excellent communicator and comfortable leading discussions and demonstrations for business customers and Client management/executives. Additional Requirements: Preferred experience with SharePoint Online. Preferred experience using the SharePoint PnP framework for development. Experience with other Microsoft 365 services is desired. Soft Skills Needed: Ability to work in a team of other developers. Ability to present or engage upper level management. Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
