Thomson Reuters is looking for experienced, proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate legal solutions consultants to join our Business Development team. Case Center is a cloud-based solution to streamline case preparation, evidence-sharing, and management for virtual, hybrid and in-person hearings. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Sr. Sales Executive, you will: Consistently achieve new sales quotas You will be engaging with a wide variety of customers and users, including lawyers, court managers, procurement officers and judges, building trust and confidence to help them transform evidence management, collaboration, and hearing presentation through the Case Center solution Using your industry experience, you will also demonstrate senior leadership and management experience and a track record of sales in complex environments. You will be consultative, patient, able to lead and inspire customers and to build trust You will engage as a peer with senior customer leadership You will work alongside our other client facing teams and play a key part in client events, user groups and marketing initiatives, including speaking, demonstrating, and talking about our solutions confidently and in detail You will build networks and relationships, leveraging your own and colleague's contact networks You will contribute to thought leadership and product marketing initiatives by regularly writing and speaking about key topics and by speaking at industry events and shows You will develop a trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders to create client champions and advocates You will work closely with the sales and onboarding teams to facilitate a seamless client on-boarding process, and high levels of satisfaction and ultimately to maximize the value of the client's investment, converting them into reference clients who are both promoters and advocates of Case Center About You: You're a fit for the role of Sr. Sales Executive if you have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You are highly motivated, customer-centric, and inspiring, with a mix of product, solutions, and legal experience You have a background in legal services, either as a lawyer, criminal pros cutor or court manager, or an appropriate technology background in these sectors. You also have experience in solutions consulting, ideally in cloud services. You are a creative thinker with an understanding of our industry technologies and a passion for communicating the benefits of digital transformation. It's creative problem solving with legal, process and technology hats on. You are an excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate, and knowledgeable with the ability to evangelize our products You are analytical and creative with the ability to design solutions to solve complex business problems You are equally comfortable engaging with clients at Partner or C-Level as with front-line users and administrators You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a real passion for technology and product innovation You want to work in an open, collaborative environment with a team of creative and innovative people that are passionate about what they do Experience using Salesforce will be an advantage What's in it for you!
