Position Summary/Purpose: Minnwest is seeking an individual for a full-time Senior Project Manager role at our Eagan location (on-site). A Senior Project Manager develops and maintains the Project Management Program to meet the established business requirements and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Under minimal supervision plans, executes and completes project activities according to deadlines and budgets. Determines the resources to be acquired, coordinates with internal resources, coordinates with external resources, and provides timely and detailed status reports to management. Key Responsibilities: Develops and maintains the Project Management Program including submission, approval and prioritization processes, management involvement and decision matrices, documentation and reporting requirements, training requirements and plans Develops enterprise view of projects and provides monthly progress reports to management Collaborates in the risk assessment, planning, design, development and deployment of new systems and applications and enhancements to existing systems and applications Communication of project expectations to team members in a timely manner, ensuring the development of success criteria, cost benefit analysis and post implementation success monitoring. Coordination with internal departments and external entities on an ongoing basis, delegating tasks and responsibilities relating to the project to appropriate personnel Plans, schedules, tracks and reports on project timeline and milestones Working Conditions: Work indoors in a standard office environment. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. May involve traveling for training or meetings.
