Job Description

Candidates will primarily run the Cincinnati and Amada Brake Presses. Responsibilities include performing setups and assisting throughout the shop. When not operating the Brake Press, candidates will rotate between the Robotic Welder, spot welder, and Lasers, learning to operate and set up these machines. Leadership experience is a plus, as candidates may also help lead the crew. Additional duties include loading and unloading parts and assisting in various areas as needed.

Work Environment

Custom Fabrication Shop with brand new machinery. The job shop has a production-style environment with machines along each wall, each operated by one person. It is loud when machines are running; ear plugs and gloves are provided. Candidates must wear long pants, work boots (closed-toed shoes), and a t-shirt. They will work with 1-2 others or alone, depending on the area.
