The Investigations & Public Records Product Management team is looking for an Associate Product Manager. We are seeking candidates with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, drive, and the aptitude to think creatively and independently as well as collaborate with other stakeholders across the business. The Associate Product Manager will play a key role in the successful development, release, and support of new and existing web-based and integrated research products used by investigative and compliance professionals to assess risk as well as prevent and investigate fraud and criminal activity. Successful candidates will show proven ability to partner with stakeholders in a dynamic team environment. The Associate Product Manager will help provide product support, troubleshoot reported issues, conduct data analysis, assist in creating and updating product designs, and ensure implementation of approved plans with other functional areas including technology, content development, and marketing. About the Role The Associate Product Manager is a passionate learner and self-starter who is aspiring to be a Product Manager. They are creative problem-solvers who show foundational skills with the ability to assess customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offer solutions to support the PM team. They need the energy to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment within a role that will involve learning as well as doing. A person in this job is expected to grow quickly, build skills to further their impact, and drive end-to-end product management with the support and mentorship of more senior Product Managers and Leaders. As an Associate Product Manager, you will engage in: Product Support: Provide product support to Marketing, Segments, Product Specialists, Sales, and Account Management teams as well as customers directly as appropriate; assist in the creation and/or review of sales, marketing, and training materials. Product Development: Help create and drive design, development, and launch of new products and updates to existing solutions; help identify, analyze, and evaluate new product development opportunities and integration of new and existing content sources; gather and translate business requirements into actionable work for development teams; draft stories and acceptance criteria and interact with Azure DevOps (dev/bug tracking software); analyze and test content and application. Product Management: Monitor and manage project tasks, project status updates, and periodic communication to Management; maintain a proper level of documentation necessary to assess project status; ensure satisfaction and quality with project deliverables; participate in cross-functional teams developing new content, features, and enhancements; make presentations on new features and enhancements to internal and external audiences.
