To optimize our packaging portfolio, we are looking for a motivated and committed project manager. The goal is to analyze the existing packaging and to develop and implement new packaging concepts and technologies. Through optimization, we want to ensure that our packaging is sustainable and meets environmental standards. Furthermore, the quality requirements for storage and transport must be taken into account and the costs must be assessed. This requires looking at the entire value chain. This requires the leadership of cross-departmental teams on site, which requires a stand-alone and organized way of working. The exchange with suppliers, manufacturers and other nVent plants complement the work on site.

Profile:

• Completed training as a technician or study (business) engineer, mechanical engineering or similar

• Initial experience in project management

• Apply Lean Management Tools

• Strong communication skills and a safe appearance

• Independent and structured way of working, team spirit and assertiveness

• Safe handling of MS Office

• Very good spoken and written English
