Job Description:

The Trimline Technician will be responsible to retrieve Work Orders from our Order Entry department, prepare cases in our data software for production department. Trimline technician will download OAS files from CMS and proceed to work on each case.

Job Requirements:

• Retrieve work orders.

• Schedule cases for production based on due dates and specific timelines.

• Download OAS Files from CMS.

• Compute Pre-Mold.

• Check/Edit stage by stage.

• Refine Pre-mold.

• Export pre-mold to production folder.

• Compute Mold.

• Export mold to production folder.

• Check for Laser Mark/Holes stage by stage.

• Forward case to mold MFG on CMS.

• Fill out Work Order.

• Transport Work Order to Mold MFG.

• Support all functions within the department.

Other duties may be assigned based on manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High School or equivalent formal education.

• 2+ years’ experience in Trimline or related field.

• Strong computer skills; MS Excel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks at once.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to be involved in all phases of production while working closely with the production floor.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, SOP’s, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
