Job Description:

  • Ensuring that a safe working environment is maintained at the manufacturing site and that the site is working in compliance with current Health and Safety legislation and with corporate guidelines

  • Perform regular Health and Safety inspections and audits, report findings

  • Provide advice and guidance in relation to Health & Safety throughout the organisation.

  • Updating of Health & Safety Statement in line with legislation

  • Assist in the development of project specific Health and Safety procedures.

  • Deliver site induction and toolbox talks.

  • Review and Approval of Site Specific Risk Assessments/Any other relevant Risk Assessments & ensuring risks are eliminated.

  • Contribute to all Accident and Incident Reports, including Reporting Documentation

  • Safeguard the company against any Health & Safety related issues.

  • To identify environmental and health & safety issues that may affect the company and safeguard the company against same

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry

  • Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.

  • Ability to efficiently manage all environmental, health and safety issues on site.

  • Strong communication & computer skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Close attention to detail.

  • Good team-working skills.

  • Fluent Czech and English
