Duval Acura, now part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a part time cashier/receptionist to cover evenings and Saturdays. This is a great opportunity for those starting their career or looking to work less than 30 hours per week.

Hours:

Mon. through Thurs. – 3:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Fridays - 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturdays – 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sundays - Closed

Cashier/Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Welcome client’s when they arrive

  • Answer phones

  • Cashier - computer proficiency preferred

  • Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service

  • Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner

  • Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary

  • Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas

  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills – communicate effectively with others

  • Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

  • 18 years of age or older

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
