Acadia Healthcare Porter/Maintenance Assistant in Durham, North Carolina
Description
Structure House is a residentially-based program in Durham, NC for all gender inclusive adults that specializes in health behavior change, healthy weight management, and eating concerns involving compulsive overeating, emotional eating, and binge eating. Our behaviorally-based treatment is provided by a multidisciplinary team of dietitians, registered nurses, life coaches, and exercise specialists.
Structure House seeks a PER DIEM (PRN) Porter/Maintenance Technician. Responsible for some general cleaning of facility and apartments. Completing maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, minor painting, plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning issues. Must have a valid NC driver's license and be able to run errands as needed. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., be available for on-call, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Also, work outside in inclement weather for ice removal, shovel snow, and/or apply ice melt to designated areas.

- 2 years: HVAC Certification and Certified Pool Operator certification a plus.
