We are searching for reliable, motivated individuals to support our growing sales team. This is a sales role in Durant, Oklahoma that offers a wide range of growth. We work directly with employers to help expand their employee benefit options while helping to solve key issues many companies face.

Role Responsibilities:

• Communicate the value of Aflacs products and services
• Generate sales via networking, referrals and cold calls
• Schedule and conduct employer presentations
• Educate employees on benefit options and support enrollment needs
• Provide claims support to new and existing clients

Requirements:

• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• At least 18 years old Authorized to work in the US without need of current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
