Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. As an RN, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, administering treatments, and supervising nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery.

  • Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

  • Communicate with residents' families regarding health updates.

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulations, and infection control practices.

Required Skills:

  • Current RN license in NYS

  • Strong clinical and assessment skills.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
