We are partnering with a Global Manufacture who is seeking an HR Payroll Administrator to become part of dynamic team. The position encompasses a range of HR responsibilities, including payroll processing and various administrative duties. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of high-volume payroll on a weekly and biweekly basis for both salaried and hourly employees.

• Utilize Paycom for automated payroll processes and online timekeeping systems.

• Ensure confidentiality in payroll processing.

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, badge creation, and survey completion.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis and management.

• Conduct HR administrative tasks with a high level of trustworthiness and self-sufficiency.

• Collaborate effectively with the HR department.

• Assist with benefit administration tasks such as enrollment paperwork and 401k distributions.

• Adhere to the company's production schedule.

• Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in HR Payroll Administration, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.

• Experience with Paycom huge plus

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in ensuring compliance with HR and payroll regulations.

• Knowledge of Employee Relations and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
