Job Duties: Ensure a high-quality dining experience for the campus community by upholding standards in food quality, sanitation, and service. Coordinate daily team stang requirements to meet objectives for high-volume, complex operational processes. Oversee inventory levels and manage product orders with accuracy and timeliness. Train and mentor team to meet business objectives, fostering skill development to strengthen both individual performance and team cohesion. Innovate and rene recipes, processes, and operational eciencies to elevate the customer dining experience. Implement performance management practices and administer corrective actions as needed to maintain accountability and support team excellence. Demonstrate prociency in verbal and written communication to eectively engage with team and management at all levels. Prioritize and actively promote a safe work environment by upholding both physical and mental well-being standards, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and fostering a culture of support and awareness among team members. Qualifications Required Qualications BA/BS plus at least four years of experience or combination of related education and experience to equal at least 8 years Preferred Qualications 3 years in supervisory or management role related to food service 2 years scratch cooking experience 2 years high volume batch cooking experience Procient in food management systems (ie: recipe and inventory management software) Procient in Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.) Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $27.00-$29.00/hr; depending on education/qualifications/experience Time Appointment: 75%-100% Appointment Position Type: Civil-Service & Non-Faculty Labor Represented Staff Please visit the Office of Human Resources website for more information regarding benefit eligibility.
