We are currently seeking a Nurse (LPN or RN) in Duluth MN to provide supervision of ICS services provided to residents in order to ensure the health and safety of all residents. In this role you will provide training to ASI staff as required, ensuring that they are competent and comfortable in the provision of cares. Ensure compliance with related regulations and standards. This position could be part time or full time - you will split your time between two buildings with flexibility in where you start and end your week and flexibility in start/end time.. Location 1: 4082 Haines Road Location 2: 10222 Junction Avenue Qualifications: Credentialed education and current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. The ability to develop and maintain positive professional working relationships and to serve as a model of professional integrity to unlicensed staff. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
