Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Recruiter. This role is in the customer service industry where you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish for individual contributor roles such as customer experience advisors and service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job intake to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

• Manage an average of 25 job requisitions at any given time, prioritizing tasks as necessary

• Conduct sourcing activities to attract high-quality candidates with minimal reliance on external sources

• Utilize Applicant Track System for tracking and managing candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle

• Engage in Corporate Recruiting practices to attract and retain top talent for the organization

• Implement Full Cycle Recruiting strategies to ensure all aspects of the recruitment process are effectively managed

• Use UKG Ready for various HR and recruitment-related tasks

• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new hires

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruiting role

• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting

• Familiarity with UKG Ready software

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Strong decision-making skills and ability to use judgment when screening and referring candidates

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
