Job Title: Research & Development A&P Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Research & Development (R&D) Technician, where you will be at the forefront of developing and evaluating new technologies and components for next generation aircraft. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of components, assemblies, and systems, as well as performing maintenance, repair, and alteration on aircraft. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring that each aircraft meets design criteria and specifications. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and apply new technologies in the industry, while working alongside pilots and other maintenance team members.

Hard Skills

  • 3- 5 years of General Aviation experience

  • Aircraft Maintenance

Job Type

This is a 6-12 month contract with potential to go direct

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Duluth, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The position involves both outdoor and indoor work in a hangar environment. You will work alongside pilots and other maintenance team members. The role offers two shifts: Monday-Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, and weekends from Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
