TITLE: Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager

DUTIES: Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager for our Duluth, GA location. Provide leadership across multiple sourcing energy projects. Experience working with contractors for HVAC, Solar, Electrical, Mechanical, LED Lighting and Water management, would be a strong benefit. Work on energy efficiency projects across School Districts, Cities, Large Private Businesses and Government Facilities/Campuses. Establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. Responsible for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. Work alongside Engineering and Project Management you will develop SOWs, RFQ/Ps, and create best value competitive bid packages and metrics. Ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related degree and five (5) years of experience in sourcing/procurement or in SIOP (Sales Inventory Order Planning) environment in multinational corporations (MNC). Must possess two (2) years of experience in the following: key suppliers, supporting various negotiations; payment terms, price, quality, performance, and delivery; procurement, planning or new project introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing site; in MRP/SAP environment with purchasing and commodity management; presenting to executive leadership on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and management to AOP (Annual Operating Plans) and associated goals. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.

OTHER: Job Site: Duluth, GA; 40 hours/week; $162,427/year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
