Lead Impactful Solutions as our Senior Project Manager

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex, high-impact initiatives from inception to successful delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
Serve as primary customer liaison throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct handover with sales team, lead kickoff meetings, and maintain comprehensive project plans
Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria aligned with contractual requirements
Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals
Resource & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments
Oversee third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors
Keep leadership informed of project status, risks, and opportunities
Conduct site visits with customers and vendors as needed
Financial Oversight
Perform regular progress and financial reviews
Ensure timely revenue recognition and milestone payment processing
Safeguard the company's commercial and contractual interests
Manage logistics coordination and shipping requirements
Other duties may be assigned by management to meet business needs.
Knowledge & Skills:
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of electrical industrial systems, power electronics, and rotating machines integration
Proficiency with industry standards including NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and UL certifications
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP experience strongly preferred
PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise
Leadership & Communication
Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities across customers, partners, and internal teams
Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with ability to create professional documentation independently
Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation expertise in technical project environments
Strategic Thinking
Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks while capitalizing on opportunities
Experience optimizing project processes for efficiency and scalability
Track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget constraints
Experience/Education: (minimum education or equivalent in relevant experience)
10+ years of total experience, 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the electrical or rotating equipment industries or large capital projects.
Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred.
PMP certification is desired.
