Job Description Operate the work of office, or administrative task to ensure quality standards, correcting errors or problems. Manage daily operations which include answering telephone, directing calls and taking messages. Maintain and update filing, mailing, invoicing, and database systems using the computer. Communicate with customers, and other individuals to take a message and transfer the questions to the manager. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail. Maintain supplies for office and shop and place an order for items in need.

Requirement High School Diploma Required.
