*Job Description:  *Slaughter, skin, harvest, and eviscerate livestock for beef, pork, and lamb products. Maintain clean and sanitary harvest and cut room. Cut meat into steaks, roasts, burger, etc. Further process meat into summer sausage, jerky, ham, bacon, bratwurst, etc.

Maintain livestock. Responsible for breeding, feeding, vaccinating, and tending to livestock. Grow hay and maintain irrigation for pasture. Repair fences. Load/unload livestock for transfer.
