Working closely with the Account Management team, this role focuses on nurturing ongoing customer relationships with a designated group, ensuring top-notch service and support for billing inquiries, service requests, and process improvements. This includes providing product information and identifying upselling opportunities to enhance revenue. Within the Managed Care Department, the Solutions Enrollment Specialist will assist customers in enrolling in the Pharmacy Services Administrative Organization (PSAO) solution, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability to industry changes, and excellent customer service skills.
