As a Modern Work Solution Specialist, focused on Copilot, you will be helping our customers to redefine how their employee’s work. You will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales. It will be essential to understand the specific requirements of the customer and how AI will enable a whole new way of working.

Responsibilities

As a Modern Work Specialist, you will be a solution sales expert focussed on Copilot. You will collaborate with a virtual team of Account Executives, Technical Specialists and partners to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed solution sales targets in your assigned accounts. You will help customers evaluate their business challenges, recommend solutions that meet their requirements and close new business resulting in customer value and satisfaction.

  • Sales Excellence: You will plan for accounts, do compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts.

  • Sales Execution : You will collaborate with your virtual team members to identify customer business needs and lead the Modern Work Business Decision Maker conversations. Proactively build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.

  • Scaling and Collaboration : You will collaborate with a network of internal stakeholders on the planning, orchestration and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. Business Value Selling : You will foster and expand Microsoft’s relationship with Customer Business Decision Makers. Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes, and landing the value proposition of Modern Work solutions.

  • Technical Expertise: You will act as the subject matter expert, share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field AND 2-5 years solution sales, technical sales, marketing, licensing, or channel/business development experience

  • OR Relevant certifications from Microsoft or competitive platforms AND 2-5 years solution sales, technical sales, marketing, licensing, or channel/business development experience

  • OR equivalent experience.
