Senior Product Manager - payment cards - Warsaw or Dublin

What does a successful Senior Product Manager do?

Based in the Department servicing Financial Institutions you will be responsible for managing products portfolio offered to our business clients from financial sector.

What you will do:

  • Manage and create portfolio of dedicated products within a dedicated product line,

  • Verify market / customer expectations for new products and services,

  • Draw up plans for the development of products and services, supporting the creation of the company's product strategy,

  • Develop and initiate projects implementation related with products development and develop product documentation,

  • Collaborate with third-party companies, suppliers, subcontractors and other entities within Fiserv to develop products and services for regional and global customers,

  • Prepare and conduct product presentations and workshops and support Sales Department in terms of assigned products portfolio;

  • Ensure compliance of assigned products with Visa/Mastercard regulations, internal regulations and applicable law,

  • Manage product profitability and oversee budget, manage pricing policy.

What you will need to have:

  • Higher education, in particular: management, economics, banking or technical,

  • At least five years of experience in a similar position, with particular emphasis on independent management and implementation of payment card products and services,

  • Knowledge of products and services offered to cardholders by banks and other financial institutions both locally and internationally,

  • Familiarity with 3D-Secure service (at business, regulatory, technical and legal levels),

  • Knowledge of regulations related with payments (in particular PSD 2, RTS, PSA and also outsourcing of banking services),

  • Knowledge of regulations of Visa and Mastercard payment systems,

  • Knowledge of technical issues related with payment cards and payments, principles of organization and operation of payment card systems,

  • Experience of leading or participating in the implementation of complex IT projects and knowledge of project management methodologies,

  • Experience in preparing different types of analysis, reports and presentations,

  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish.

What will be nice to have:

  • Experience in managing or implementing EMV 3DS services will be a key asset,

  • Familiarity with Fraud & Risk solutions and services and/or mobile payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) will be an asset,
