The Senior Director of Product for Clinical Solutions will be accountable for defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for end-to-end technology enabled solutions, including ongoing management for profitability. This position demonstrates an understanding of synergies across the portfolio and how to meet market needs and continue to drive growth by understanding and evaluating client and market needs to improve our competitive position and drive customer value.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a direct report to the SVP of Clinical Solutions, your core areas of focus will include the following:

• Develop and execute product strategy for the Clinical Solutions Product Team, aligned with the overall company mission and goals

• Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of products to internal and external customers

• Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities that will drive business growth

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure products remain innovative and competitive

• Drive the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products

• Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of products and make data-driven decisions for future development

• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization

• Act as a subject matter expert on product development, providing guidance and mentorship to team members

• Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on product development and performance

• Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry regulations and ensure products comply with all relevant laws and guidelines

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for promoting and driving adoption of prospective products.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing initiatives across business, finance, technology, engineering leaders.

• Previous experience leading a team of product managers.

• Proven experience in successfully launching new technology products.

• Previous experience in working with cross-functional teams.

• Track record of success leading through influence to accomplish business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working within the healthcare technology product space.
