Job Description:

Position Overview

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners with tactical and operational HR matters to support the European business with their goals as part of the HR strategy across Dublin and London.

  • Partner with other parts of the HR team (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition etc) within the EAP region as well as the broader global team.

  • Provide guidance and coaching to employees/managers on the full HR life cycle, with support from the HRBP where required: employee relations issues, career and talent planning, mentoring, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated HR Advisor/HR Consultant experience with direct client support across all role levels.

  • Demonstrated competence and practical experience in the various HR functional areas, especially; employee relations; performance and talent management; compensation and reward. Experience of organizational change and business integration would be advantageous.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written English, including effective presentation skills.

  • The ability to work effectively, both autonomously and collaboratively within a global / functional matrix environment.

  • Preference for capital markets experience, global mobility experience and knowledge of Ireland and UK regulatory requirements.

  • Support the delivery of HR projects where required (for example the Talent Review process, and business integration work).
