We are expanding our HR function and are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team.
Onboarding of new starters from issuing contract to collating starter documentation
Coordinate company induction process and ensure probationary review meetings are held and documented in timely manner.
Ensure all HR record-keeping and filing is maintained to meet all legislative and policy requirements
Maintain and ensure information on HRIS system TMS is correct and that relevant paperwork is provided for all absences
Assist with the preparation of data to be provided to our external payroll processing company
Produce HR metrics and reports when requested
Assist with the recruitment process, screening candidates and related correspondence
Process any reference requests, bank and mortgage forms etc
Administration of the health insurance schemes
Ensure all employee Job descriptions are up to date, issued and signed.
Ensure that each employee is appraised annually in line with the time lines agree
Provide relevant administrative support as required
Minimum 1 years’ experience as an HR Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
To be successful in this role, candidate must have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR function
Degree qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline and / or CIPD member
Good verbal and written communication skill
Strong administrative skills, and high attention to detail
A ‘people’ person with a positive attitude toward pressure and volumes
Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and relevant software applications
