Microsoft Corporation Critical Environment Program Manager - Business Operations in Dublin, Ireland
Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I Critical Environment Program Manager - Business Operations , you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.

Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise related to all our DC supplier contractual agreements and associated documentation. (SOW’s/POR’s/ Master agreements etc.)
Ownership of our supplier’s maintenance service contracts from initial creation to final approval, including renewals of these documents, financial tracking for all Datacenter operations.
Working with key stakeholders to continuously improve Datacenter suppliers’ maintenance contracts and ensure they are fully aligned to local Business and Global Standards.
Develop and oversee all contract agreements (SOW's/POR's/TOF's/MSSA's/Change Orders etc.) from creation to final approval for all DC CE services – including Maintenance contracts / end of life works / projects / supplier initial set ups etc.
Support SOW's and Master agreement development for IT End of life/ IT projects
Document management - Ensure the latest template is being utilised and available to the local teams for any contract developments on Campus (POR/SOW/Master agreements etc.)
On board Data Center suppliers to DC systems.
Management of our suppliers contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the Datacenter environment
Coordinate MBR/Vendor meetings for SLA/contract review
Develop and manage local share point repository of up-to-date service contracts.
Develop and maintain all operational processes that impact the Business Operations team, implement action plans with stakeholders to address non-compliance.

Exceptional written and Interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively and concisely with our internal and external stakeholders and senior managers around contractual subjects.
Supplier/Stakeholder Focus: Gather stakeholder feedback of supplier maintenance services, performance, and contracts, integrating this feedback into future decision making on contracts and scopes to continuously improve service delivery.
Performance Standards: Develop tracking/reporting tools for supplier SLA and CE operational compliance to align to requirements and standards, communicate data to stakeholders and Implement action plans to continuously address gaps.
Understand Datacenter business objectives: Critically review multiple plans and adjust as needed. Proactively communicate and address necessary trade-offs.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Regularly scan the environment to help anticipate changes that could affect CE support team, effectively changes plans, goals, actions or priorities to respond to changing situations.
Team Player: Work as part of the CE support team to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Program Management, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in a business operations role
Proven experience with industry program and project management
Proven experience with vendor account / suppliers management
The contracts and reporting are in English - excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing) are required.
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working with reporting and business analytics.
• Experience working with collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams etc.)
• Experience with reporting and data analysis systems & platforms (e.g., PowerBI)
• Experience working with organizational change management and continuous process improvement.
