Google Account Executive, New Business Sales (French, English) in Dublin, Ireland
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development.
Experience working in the digital advertising sales industry.
Experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
Experience building a book of business and securing new customers while hitting goals.

Google’s New Business Sales team is a group of professionals whose focus is on engaging and obtaining high potential advertisers, and subsequently persuading them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (YouTube, Google Ads and the Google Display Network) into their current marketing strategies.

Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive understanding of business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
