Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry. Based in Dublin, California, we seek an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications with precision

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any potential issues

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity in our systems

• Handle the posting of payments to the correct accounts

• Utilize Sage 100 software for financial management tasks

• Reconcile and balance accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements

• Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and procedures

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proven experience in Data Entry

• Demonstrated ability in Posting Payments
