Bentley Systems Marketing Program Specialist in Dublin 2, Ireland

Location: Ireland (Office-Based, Hybrid, or Home-Based)

Position Summary:

The Marketing Program Management team within Bentley Systems is looking for an efficient and highly organized project manager to support our growing marketing organization. We need an individual who can collaborate with industry and product marketing teams and marketing services teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and execution of marketing activities. If you are detail-oriented and excited about leading the planning, management, and execution of projects supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating across a global marketing organization, and working for a tech company that provides innovative software to advance the world’s infrastructure, we would like to talk to you.

Your Day to Day:

Marketing project management responsibilities include:

  • Using Marketing’s project management tool, Workfront, to support project management of programs, campaigns, and projects within the Marketing Plan:

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.

  • Monitor and track the progress of activities to support Marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Measure project performance using available tools and resources.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Support the Digital Marketing team in tracking program/campaign performance.

  • Developing, managing, reconciling, and reporting on Marketing budget and spending.

  • Oversee and inform processes related to contract approvals, creation of marketing assets, and invoice payment for marketing activities.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or relevant training and/or experience.

  • 2+ years of project management experience.

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

  • Experience with project management software; Workfront-specific software preferred, but not required.

  • Able to work in an agile environment where priorities can change, and deadlines can be tight.

  • Self-starting, growth-minded, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable and confident working with executive and senior management.

  • Experience working in a B2B technology company is preferred but not required.
