Main functions:

Equipment Operation

1. Responsible for the accurate set-up and efficient operation of equipment (lighting, audio, and video) as required.

2. Cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to carrying out a job.

3. Monitoring and repairing equipment during shows and any required fault finding.

4. Cleaning of equipment after shows and storing properly.

5. Providing a good level of support to the Technical Coordinator.

6. Performing annual inventory of all eclipse equipment as per the set procedures in place.

7. Having a good understanding of all equipment.

8. Adhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

9. Reporting all health and safety issues to Group HSE Manager.

10. Respecting and adhering to company policies, rules and procedures.

Customer Service

11. Provides excellent service and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.

12. Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.

13. Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.

14. Miscellaneous tasks within your scope of work, as assigned by line manager.
