At Automation Anywhere, our Solution Engineers are our customers’ trusted advisors; they are the backbone of our Sales motion. With a passion for intelligent automation, industry specifics, technology, and Gen AI, you will show how our solutions can easily help our customer to run their transformation in a successful way for our prospects and customers from all industries across EMEA with a focus on the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing solutions that will resolve a customer's business issues, whilst evoking confidence in our products and platform and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. Our successful Solution Engineers have a strong understanding of how our technology can resolve business issues, possess a consultative sales approach, and understand the importance of teamwork. Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer while penetrating deeper within accounts.

  • Assist CXOs of Automation Anywhere’s strategic accounts in transforming their organizations, providing strategic counsel to executives.

  • Partner with Sales and Sales leadership to support and drive Automation Anywhere’s transformation value proposition to the most strategic accounts, through a consultative selling approach.

  • Develop and orchestrate an internal and external ecosystem of partners able to co-deliver with you along the Sales cycle.

  • Act as an Intelligent Automation and Gen AI Trusted advisor: this role is 80% customer-facing so the successful applicant will need to be willing and able to travel domestically throughout the UAE and occasionally internationally.

  • Focus on nurturing the transformation paradigm with its multi-dimensional constituents beyond the pure technical scope - ensure the team is constantly leveraging its complementary skillset to design a compelling solution for our customers’ success.

  • Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team of solution consulting with varied and complementary set of skills.

  • Advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation, industry trends and digital innovation in a compelling and engaging fashion.

  • design winning Automation Anywhere solutions to enable our clients’ business and IT initiatives to be realized.

  • fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Automation Anywhere to all levels including line of business managers and "C" level executives.

  • present compelling Automation Anywhere & Generative AI solutions in competitive and complex sales cycles.

  • proactively support relationships with customers and partners.

  • participate in all appropriate product, sales and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.

  • display initiative, self motivation and deliver high quality work while meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.

  • You are expected to have a minimum of 8 + years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle in CRM, ERP, HR and Automation applications.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience

  • Previous experience as a sales engineer for a CRM or ERP company, or similar technology business

  • Proficiency in using intelligent automation would be a distinct advantage.

  • You must have a proven track record in the development and delivery of custom solutions and presentations, including advanced technical concepts, to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs.

Proficiency in:

  • at least one industry vertical (Manufacturing, Banking, Public Sector etc ..)

  • effective collaboration across organizational boundaries

  • quickly learning and understanding emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Generative AI space

  • working as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, creative environments

  • being inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge

  • explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention

  • sales methodologies and business transformation

  • displaying initiative and self-motivation and achieving high-quality results along with meeting all expectations for both internal and external customers

  • strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on listening skills, needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques

  • superior presentation skills
