Position Overview: We are excited to welcome a dynamic and enthusiastic Food and Beverage, Kitchen, and Front Office Intern to join our team at Hyatt Place Dubai Hotels. This internship program offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the hospitality industry, gain valuable hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from our experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food and Beverage (F&B):

• Assist in the setup and preparation of F&B service areas.

• Gain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.

• Support the F&B team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Learn about food safety and hygiene standards in a hotel environment.

• Participate in F&B events and promotions.

2. Kitchen:

• Work alongside our culinary team to prepare dishes and learn culinary techniques.

• Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.

• Gain an understanding of kitchen organization and cleanliness standards.

• Participate in menu planning and recipe development under the guidance of our chefs.

3. Front Office:

• Shadow the Front Office team to understand guest check-in and check-out procedures.

• Learn about reservations management and room assignment processes.

• Assist in addressing guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

• Gain insight into revenue management and occupancy optimization.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, culinary, or related program at a recognized institution.

• Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to pursue a career in Food and Beverage, Kitchen, or Front Office management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
