About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to join the Transport team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure that all transportation reservations are logged and traceable.

• Ensure that all car damage & maintenance is logged correctly.

• Ensure that transportation kilometers reading sheet are correct.

• Ensure that all transportation orders are charged correctly.

• Make sure that the reports compiled by the night team are accurate at all times

• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

• Remains to be a source of information, help and assistance to all guests

• Closely monitor performances of all drivers to ensure safety of vehicles and guests is maximized

• Monitors Medallia/Trip Advisor and social media results and constantly search for improvements towards guest satisfaction.

• To ensure that all cars are in a high working standard

• To ensure no delays in vehicle movements.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Luxury Hotel

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a managerial role

• Pre-opening or refurbishment experience in a similar operation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone

• Developing and motivating people
