About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Brand who will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive growth, enhance guest loyalty, and improve overall brand perception. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. This individual will be required to be highly organized and lead on strategic projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build brand awareness and communicate the brand across channels in a consistent manner.

  • Communicate and guard the brand’s vision, mission, and values at corporate and hotel level. Marketing and

  • Creative Campaigns Management:

  • Manage corporate led photoshoots and video shoots

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social, pr, media)

  • Collaborate with the Corporate Digital and Marketing teams to create compelling content relevant to target audiences

  • Ensure all brand marketing materials and communication align with brand guidelines.

  • Lead creative agencies on brand application and execution in alignment to brand strategy and vision

  • Guest Experience Management:

  • Work alongside the operations team to ensure brand experience and promise is consistently delivered at every guest touchpoint.

  • Manage and provide oversight across hotel operations to ensure consistency of brand application and communication and guest interactions

  • Develop and enforce Brand guidelines and training programs for staff Partnerships and Agency Management:

  • Identify and manage strategic partners and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and credibility.

  • Manage third-party suppliers for end-to-end brand solutions, initiatives, and campaigns, including brief writing, contract renewals and management, and implementation.

  • Account Management, Invoicing, and Budgeting:

  • Regularly report on brand performance data and feedback

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

  • 5 years of Brand Management experience, preferably with a recognized hospitality or travel organizations (such as hotel, airlines, or destination management office) or notable luxury brands. Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and experience in account management

  • Solid understanding of brand building, brand development, brand measurement, and marketing strategies

  • Must have knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and luxury market

  • Strong understanding of marketing and media strategy, planning, and campaign management

  • Good understanding of content development and content production: Production briefing, organization, management, and review/editing

  • Strong communications and writing skills

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams, including time management and reporting · Budget management skills

  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
