The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Leader SCBA & Fire for Personal Safety Division in Dubai , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead Key Accounts focusing on Dubai, and ROG countries and work very closely with them to specify and promote 3M products.

  • Manage the channel Partners in the Gulf Region and conduct monthly reviews on sales targets and revenue expectations.

  • Focus on the Key Accounts across the Region and conduct quarterly visits to other regions for Aviation and Military & Civil Defense industry while keeping the Oil & Gas industry as primary Focus.

  • Providing product demonstrations on SCBA & PPE to the clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints.

  • Conduct specific activities for end users (safety days, webinars) and coordinate with the application engineers and marketing team on completing these tasks.

  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

  • Managing tenders, agreements and long terms projects.

  • Attending weekly and monthly Sales Meetings reviews and provide accurate sales forecasts to the regional sales manager.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Higher degree, at least Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering preferably

  • Technical experience in SCBA, and PPE

  • Experience on the Oil and Gas industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience with handling communication with Fire brigades and preferable experience with M&CDS (Military and Civil defence)

  • Proven experience in key account management

  • Experience on reporting sales activities on Salesforce. Preferable

  • Presentation skills, Power Point

  • Team Player

  • Negotiation, analytical skills

  • Emirati nationality preferred
