Description:

Main Duties and responsibilities:

Operational

· Assist in making sure that Associate Facilities are maintained to Hyatt International's high standards of operation.

· Assist with the development, implementation and administration of associate relations, benefit and compensation, and recruitment programs.

· Maintain all applications, screen and interview applicants suitable for positions.

· Maintain an updated list of applicants and applicant files.

· Carry out recruitment activities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements.

· Prepare and place newspaper and internet advertisements for open positions.

· Contact applicants for screening interviews.

· Coordinate and attend job fairs.

· Screen applications and resumes.

· Interview candidates when necessary and refer suitable candidates to Department Heads.

· Ensure that all applications are reviewed and that acknowledgment/reject letters are sent out.

· Coordinate all visas and immigration activities when necessary and monitor the passports and immigration papers of foreign national associates.

· Prepare letters of offer for new hires.

· Check and document applicant references.

· Assist with the coordination of the associate recognition programs.
