Siemens Smart Infrastructure is looking to recruit Emirati Finance Professionals who are looking to join Siemens Team in the UAE and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Are you a recent finance graduate from university with a bachelor’s or master’s degree? Do you want to start your journey with a global company that makes real what matters? Then join our Emirati Graduate Program to kick-start your career.

Our Emirati Graduate Program is a 2 year-long program consisting of a variety of placements, selected by you, across different parts of our business. You’ll be supported by a structured learning program and mentor to start owning your career. By the end of the two years, we expect that our graduates will be well prepared to be successful in securing one of our substantive positions.

Our Program, Challenging and Future-Oriented!

• Over two exciting years you’ll gain all the skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career at Siemens. The two years consists several challenging assignments where you will work within several divisions / departments and experience a variety of roles you can play in the company based on your skills and areas of interest.

• From the start of the program, your assigned mentor and yourself will agree on clear program schedule to determine the direction of your career path and set your professional goals.

• Our rich training landscape will provide you with all the knowledge you will need along your Program lifetime.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• You have recently graduated from Business, Economics and Finance study in the UAE or other reputable university of college abroad.

• This Program is dedicated for Emirati Nationals who have graduated by the program start date (Oct. 2024), but no more than one year prior.

• This program is an entry level talent program, so we require maximum 1-year- experience post-graduation.

• As an international Organization, we are looking for Emirati Applicants who value diverse work environment and enjoy communicating with colleagues in customers using modern communication tools.

• You are fluent in Arabic and bring with a very good level of English
