Our client, an expanding company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager. This role involves leading the value stream to source, stock, kit, and assemble/manufacture wiring harnesses, electrical parts, sheet metal parts, and other required items for aircraft installation. Drug test and background check required.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Oversee manufacturing operations, including production assembly, testing, and inspection of components, harnesses, and installation kits.

  • Plan, assign, generate, schedule, and track tasks for kitting, planning, purchasing, and production personnel.

  • Manage supply chain relationships, agreements, and pricing improvements.

  • Provide daily oversight of personnel and advance planning/tracking of resources.

  • Coordinate between customers and the production team as required.

  • Develop and document processes and procedures to improve operations.

  • Review and approve timesheets for all production-related personnel/activities.

  • Address personnel issues, complaints, and concerns, escalating to Executive Leadership as required.

  • Schedule vacation and other compensated time off to ensure no interference with delivery commitments.
