We are looking to expand our team with an experienced SR Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist that has Heavy Civil experience who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a wide range of positions, with a focus on high-level roles such as Project Managers, Estimators and Superintendents.

Overview:

The SR Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for high-level construction roles, including Project Managers, Estimators, and other senior leadership positions. This individual will leverage their experience and industry knowledge to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of top talent.

Position_Description :

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through initial contact, screening and interviewing

•Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and Zoominfo to identify and attract top-tier candidates, particularly for high-level roles such as Project Managers, Estimators and SR Project Engineers.

• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates by establishing strong relationships with potential candidates, both active and passive.

•Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific project requirements, team dynamics, and the desired skill set for each role.

•Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

•Stay current on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and market rates to ensure competitive and effective recruiting strategies.

•Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and company websites to attract suitable candidates.

Position Requirements :

Qualifications:

•Experience working in a recruitment agency or construction firm preferred

•Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on Construction Industries. Preferrable Heavy Civil Construction

•Extensive experience recruiting high-level construction positions such as Project Managers, Estimators, and other leadership roles.

•Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring senior-level candidates.

•In-depth understanding of the construction industry, including key roles, skills, and qualifications required for success in high-level positions.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Established network within the construction industry.
