Job Description:

The Social Impact Solutions Consultant is a hybrid of a traditional sales engineer and a technical implementation consultant. As a member of the Pluralsight One team, the Social Impact Solutions Consultant is responsible for enabling nonprofit and K-12 organizations to maximize the value they get from the Pluralsight platform. This highly dynamic role requires the ability to work one-on-one with strategic prospects, customers, and grantees, as well as design and deliver scaled resources that can serve hundreds of organizations at a time. This is a new role for our team and will likely evolve to continue meeting the needs of our customers. This role reports directly to the Vice President for Social Impact.

What you'll do: * Engage directly with nonprofit organizations and K-12 schools to understand their goals, challenges, and needs related to technology skill development, then bring Pluralsight's value propositions to life by expertly positioning and demoing the platform. * Develop scalable resources such as guides, templates, webinars, and toolkits to drive adoption and impact across Pluralsight One's broader partner base. * Advise Pluralsight One grantees to help them get the most from the Pluralsight platform. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to enhance Pluralsight's social impact offerings. * Assist in responding to technical requirements included within RFP/RFIs. Experience you'll bring: * Sales engineering experience, ideally with a Software as a Service product. * Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers.

Requirements: Evidence and our collective experience suggest that women and people of color often don't apply for jobs if they believe that they don't possess 100% of the qualifications listed in a job description. Accordingly, below are some of the most important attributes that successful candidates may possess. This list is neither exhaustive nor 100% required: * Exceptional communication skills, including comfort presenting to large groups and senior executives. * Understanding of SaaS selling structures, measurements, and critical success factors. * A self-starter who is able to manage time, prioritize, and execute with autonomy. * Deep understanding of the Pluralsight platform * A proven record of continuous learning and upskilling. * Experience working in a nonprofit organization or K-12 school system. * Passion for the Pluralsight One mission, commitment to driving social impact, and understanding of educational challenges and opportunities in underserved communities.

How you'll measure success: * Growth in the number of nonprofits and K-12 schools on the Pluralsight platform. * Product adoption, including license redemption and NPS. * Customer engagement with the resources you create.

Travel Requirements

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Why you'll love working here: * We're remote- and hybrid-friendly * We're mission driven and values guided * We have a strong commitment to diversity and belonging * We cultivate a culture of trust, autonomy, and collaboration * We're lifelong learners and champion team member growth and advancement * We've got you covered - team member benefits include competitive compensation packages, medical coverage, unlimited PTO and Summer Fridays, wellness reimbursements, Pluralsight subscription, professional development funds and more.
